14-day money-back guarantee

If a plugin isn't working out for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and tell us what went wrong. We'll try to fix the problem — and if we can't, or it's simply not what you needed, we'll refund you in full. No hard feelings.

How to request a refund

1. Reply to your purchase receipt email, or write to support@builtforbricks.com from the email you bought with.
2. Include a sentence or two about what didn't work — it helps us improve.
3. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens after a refund

Your license key is deactivated, which ends plugin updates and support. Any changes the plugin already made to your site remain yours.

EU consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, subject to the waiver you accept at checkout when the download is delivered immediately. Our guarantee above is at least as generous — one email covers both.
