Before you buy: try it for free

Both plugins have a free tier, so you can see what you're getting before you spend anything.Bricks Health scans any site for free and shows you your real Website Health Score and issue counts, with no license key and no signup. The Migration Enginescans and previews your whole site for free, and converts three pages at a time. Starting there is the surest way never to need this page.

14-day money-back guarantee

If a plugin isn't working out for you, email us within 14 days of purchaseand tell us what went wrong. You're welcome to let us try to fix it first, most issues are quick to sort out, but you don't have to: if you'd rather just have your money back, or we can't resolve it, we'll refund you in full. No hard feelings, no interrogation.

After 14 days

Purchases are final after the 14-day window, we don't issue refunds for requests made after that. The one exception is anything required by law: if you're an EU/UK consumer, see "EU/UK consumers" below. (Separately, our payment processor Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record, retains its own discretion under its own terms to issue a refund at any time to resolve a payment dispute, that's between you, Lemon Squeezy, and your bank, and it isn't something we control or can override.)

What isn't covered

Our plugins modify data inside your WordPress site. We strongly recommend testing on a staging site and keeping a current backup before running a scan, fix, or migration on a live production site, see our Terms of Service for the full detail. Site issues that result from skipping that recommendation, running directly on production without a backup or staging test, aren't something a refund undoes, and aren't by themselves grounds for a refund outside the 14-day window; they're covered by the liability terms in our Terms of Service, not this policy.

How to request a refund

1. Reply to your purchase receipt email, or write to support@builtforbricks.com from the email you bought with.
2. Include a sentence or two about what didn't work, it helps us improve, and helps us help you faster if you want to try that first.
3. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens after a refund

Your license key is deactivated, which ends plugin updates and support. Any changes the plugin already made to your site remain yours.

EU/UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, subject to the waiver you accept at checkout when the download is delivered immediately. Our 14-day guarantee above is at least as generous as that statutory right and covers it, one email to us satisfies both. Nothing in this policy limits a statutory consumer right that cannot be waived by contract in your country of residence.
