Built for Bricks is operated by Namogo Design SRL, a company registered in Romania ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we handle when you use this website and our plugins, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect — and what we don't

This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. You can browse it without creating any account.

  • Purchases. Checkout, payment, invoicing, and license keys are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record — they are the seller of record and the data controller for your transaction data (name, email, billing details, payment method). We never see or store your payment details. See the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy.
  • Newsletter. If you subscribe to our email list, your email address is stored by our email provider, MailerLite, and used only to send you the updates you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Legal basis: your consent.
  • Plugin license checks. When a plugin checks for updates, it sends your license key, the plugin version, and your site's hostname to our update server so we can verify the license and serve the correct release. We do not collect analytics from inside your WordPress site.
  • Feedback & feature-request forms. Submissions (your email address, message, and — on the beta feedback form — optional site diagnostics you choose to include) are delivered to us by Web3Forms, which processes them solely to forward the email and applies spam filtering. See theWeb3Forms privacy policy. Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form.
  • Hosting logs. Our website and update server run on Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request metadata as technically necessary to serve and secure the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
  • Support email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you and improve the products.

Processors we use

  • Lemon Squeezy — checkout, payments, tax, license keys (Merchant of Record)
  • MailerLite — newsletter delivery
  • Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and the plugin update service

Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept while relevant to your license. Transaction records are retained by Lemon Squeezy and by us as required by accounting law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP). For anything related to your data, email support@builtforbricks.com and we'll respond promptly. For transaction data, Lemon Squeezy is the controller and can act on requests directly.

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
